Kristin Lundy, Mental Performance Coach

Kristin Lundy has been helping and coaching clients since 2005. Her 11 year career in the field of Student-Athlete Academic Support taught her the value of having true purpose, aligned goals and meaningful relationships. As she managed staff, large academic programs and student caseloads, having streamlined operations helped to keep order and balance in chaotic and unpredictable conditions. It also increased her patience for teaching others new skills and strategies in highly stressful situations. In 2016, Kristin transitioned out of Athletics to launch Klean the Klutter, a Professional Organizing and Personal Coaching business. With this endeavor she has applied her passion for helping people, along with her love for teaching and coaching, and connected this to how she lives her life as an innate organizer. In 2020, Kristin partnered with Rashanna Moss in order to expand her coaching services to serve moms, youth, underrepresented groups and athletes. Working within the Mental Performance Coaching field allows her to continue fulfilling her purpose of helping others optimize their growth and performance, live and feel their best, reduce stress, and increase productivity.

As a business owner and mom of a 5 year old boy, Kristin understands that balancing the demands of a career, family, and personal needs can be overwhelming, but she does not want that to stop her clients from reaching their goals! She focuses on helping her clients evolve their thinking and level of performance, better manage their day to day by implementing routines, and providing support that fits the way they live and how they want to operate. She assists greatly with finding balance when your mental load is weighing on you. She believes in creating safe spaces, along with providing appropriate outlets for clients to speak on the challenges and concerns they are facing, which may not warrant psychological or counseling services, but might be affecting them greatly in their daily life. Her coaching takes a proactive approach, tailored for each individual's circumstance. Some of the key areas she is able to address with clients in sessions and workshops are family challenges, personal issues, sense of self, and transition struggles.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University (2004) and a Master of Science Degree in Sport Psychology from Michigan State University (2007).
